Headwhack of the Week: Avoid closing Firefox tabs accidentally

If you love Firefox as much as we do, you've probably run into this headwhack...closing a tab that you meant to just click on!

If you want to eliminate the possibility of clicking on the "x" on each tab, change the location of the "close tab" button.

You can move them or remove the 'close tab' through the about:config feature (type about:config in the address bar of Firefox).
Edit the preference for “browser.tabs.closeButtons”.

Here are the meanings of each value:
0: Display a close button on the active tab only
1:(Default) Display close buttons on all tabs
2:Don’t display any close buttons
3:Display a single close button at the end of the tab bar
