Tip of the Week:  Quick 'phonebook' searches in Google

Google has lots of 'switches' that allow you to limit the results to what you are actually searching for and 'phonebook' searches is one of them.

The next time you need to look up phonebook information in Google, type:

phonebook: john smith

To further filter common names like smith, you can include the state:

phonebook: john smith WA

You can also attempt to do reverse lookups (for listed phone numbers only):

phonebook: (999) 999-9999
