Looking for the right scanner

I need to scan more than 1,400 slides into my computer to create DVDs for my family. Are there any scanners that can scan many slides at once? Which scanner would you recommend for this task?

You should check out the ScanWit 2720S SCSI Film Scanner it is made especially for the job you have. There are only 2 problems. It needs a SCSI connection and it's a little expensive at $267.80. But if you do a little research you may find it for a better price.
