How To turn your computer back to normal?

My computer shots down for no reason. I could be in the middle of doing anything and it shots down.. Sometimes it would reboot but other times it does not. No i can't even turn it back on. It wont let me>

This question was answered on December 19, 2003. Much of the information contained herein may have changed since posting.
May be you need to change your Power supply in your computer or change the power cable.
