Where to buy scsi cards?

Where can I get an scsi card for a Scanmaker X6 and about would one cost?
Prefer used as it's a very old scanner.

You can buy SCSI cards off of most computer websites, a cheaper route would be to find them on ebay. They can cost all different prices. It your scanner is really old, i would suggest investing in a new one. The choice is up to you, good luck.
