what is viewing system information?
Question
When ever I open my office clipboard it shows 2 of 24 and it continually try's to fill itself. this causes the cpu to operate at 100% and the system all but siezes up.On rare occasions that I've been able to clear it out things work fine for a few minutes but then for no reason it just fills up again . Usually when it fills its with an image of the entire desktop ? i've gone to windows system32 file and opened the clipboard and I get a continual flashing of that image like its trying to display it over and over again. as result everything once again freezes.
Can you tell me how to stop this ?
Thankyou for your time

Using Dr. WatsonDr. Watson detects information about system and program failures and records the information in a log file. In the event of a program error, Dr. Watson starts automatically.
Open Dr. Watson.
Notes
To open Dr. Watson, click Start, and then click Run. In the Open box, type drwtsn32.
Dr. Watson cannot prevent errors from occurring, but the information recorded in the log file can be used by technical support personnel to diagnose the problem.
