Having problems saving pictures as screen savers?

Can you save a picture as a .jpg, .bmp, etc... from a screensaver? If so, how?

This question was answered on December 1, 2004. Much of the information contained herein may have changed since posting.
When the screensaver displays the image you want to capture, just press the "Print Screen" key (located at the top, right of your keyboard - but to the left of the num pad.) This will save a bmp image to your clipboard. Then just open your image editing software (or paint) and paste the image.
