You cannot connect to the internet?

how can I conncet to the internet if the computer wont recognize the modem and I cannot connect to the internet.

This question was answered on March 18, 2005. Much of the information contained herein may have changed since posting.

If your computer doesn't recognize your modem, try to reinstall it. Remove your modem card, and reinstall it later.

Then try to get connected to the internet again. If the same problem persists, it's possible that the modem card you're using is not compatible to your computer. Try to get a new modem card and repeat the process.

Please verify the instalation process of the new modem card for better results.
