What is print in grayscale?

Hello, I recently bought a new computer with windows XP and installed my old HP deskjet 695C printer to my new computer. I was able to print documents in grayscale with my previous computer running windows 98 but I can't seem to find a way to print in grayscale on my new computer. Is there anything I can do to print in grayscale? Thank you

This question was answered on July 20, 2005. Much of the information contained herein may have changed since posting.

First select File

Then the Print window will appear

Under the General tab, click on Preferences

The Printing Preferences window should appear

Select the Paper/Quality tab

Then, under color, select Black and White

Click OK, Then Apply, Then OK again.

That should do it!
