How do you Ghost a 20 gig hard drive

I would suggest you by thrid party software that will allow you to ghost one image to another hard drive.
Symantec Drive Image is one imaging software package. Do a search on Google on "Drive Imaging Software" you and will see lots of hits regarding what your software options are.
