Hi there,

There can be several factors as to why your computer may be freezing during gameplay. Here are just some of them and some suggestions for you. First, this is often an issue with your RAM. It may have some compatability issues with your motherboard or be damaged. There is also the chance that your videocard may be overheating, or even your pc is running too hot or having a power supply that is damaged or lacks the power you need for the programs your running. I would suggest reformatting your computer and backing up any files you may need; if that does not work, it probably is a hardware issue and you may need to take it in to have a diagnostics check run, or you can also do a check on line but that can be tricky.

Good Luck!!
