Why is my machine asking for a system disk?

I tried starting my machine this morning and it was asking for a system disk. what is the problem

This question was answered on May 21, 2007. Much of the information contained herein may have changed since posting.

Usually you may have a non syetm disk in your floppy drive or hard drive and it is trying to boot from this disk so try and remove your disks and then start up your system. You may also have it set to boot to disk on startup you can change this under your bios/setup by hitting delete when your computer is starting up. This should help fix your issue. Kevin
