How to disable Caps Lock?

Is it possible to disable the "Caps Lock" key on my DELL Latitude D620 laptop? I seem to remember reading a tip about this in one of your previous emails but can't find it now.

This question was answered on February 25, 2008. Much of the information contained herein may have changed since posting.
At this time the only way to disable is through the reg file. However the srting to edit it is a bit long so you may need to download a program to do it for you. Easy to find, just do a google search. However please be careful what you download. Also Microsoft has much more information about the subject if you familar with code at:
