Need more info.
Question
At startup I get only a blue screen-Windows opening will not start.

This question was answered on July 27, 1999. Much of the information contained herein may have changed since posting.
We need a little more information concerning your problem. Does your system issue any beeps at start up? Is the memory being counted, does the BIOS screen show up before the blue screen/
Have you recently modified or reconfigured your system?
Any other information relating to the video card and/or the monitor would be helpful.
