duplicate files?

My Picture folder continues to produce many copies of my existing pictures. As many as 59 copies I have seen. I've deleted hundreds and they generate more. When I try to delete file or transfer it it reads : Cannot find disk to delete. It has been going on for weeks and really slows the system down. Really appreciate your help. Dale

Hello Dale, from my experience its sounds like a virus. Many worms copy themselves as duplicate files but they are .exe's which just spreads the virus and further infect your computer. I would do a scan as soon as you can
