Data Recovery

Question

Is a hard drive salvagable when it's been in a flood? I,m not concerned about the computer just the ability to retrieve info. from the hard drive or is it a goner too?

Answer

Most likely the hard drive is toast. Do not attempt to plug it i until it has completely dried for a few days.

I would recommend taking it to a specialist before you do anything.
