Question
Hello I hope you may help me. I just purchased a used IBM Think pad laptop computer. 133 processor speed 12.1 SVGA monitor 64 hard drive, ram. The laptop came UPS, and Windows 95 was already installed. When I turned on the machine, It asked for the Win.95 certificate of authenticy, I typed the numbers in. Then entered my user name and password. The date and Time dialog box appeared , then the system crashed. My housemate thinks it might be a driver problem, I think it might be a operating system problem. I have a 30 day warrenty, and there is also a phone # for tech support. they are available mon-fri. only. Any help please. If you need more details let me know. Thank you for your help.

You should use your warranty first. Contact the company or store you bought the laptop from and see what they can do. Since its a used computer, your friend might be right about the driver problem. Although it can be other reasons its always good to use your 30 day warranty.
