my modem wont automatic send\receive mail
Question
After a recent Windows Update, Outlook 2002 no longer does an automatic send/receive at Startup or any other time, for that matter. I've tried the Microsoft Knowledge Base Article 312336 to no avail. Also, there is an icon in the bottom right side of the Outlook window that appears to be a picture of a modem with a small red "x" underneath. I can't seem to find any information on what that might be, but I didn't notice the icon until I noticed the problem with the send/receive. I can still do a manual send/receive. Any ideas, suggestions for troubleshooting would be most appreciated!
