The computer does not start it says
Load error
Press any key to reboot
I can not get past this screen
I have FDisked and reformated the hard drive
the partision is ok and set active
I can read the hard drive from floppy no probs
have run norton antivirus no prob i am bafeled
I think it might have some thing to do with go back
how do i get a Portable system restoration cd
as i dint get the cd when i bought it it is a gateway laptop
as gate way ant in australia im stumped can you help

I think that your computers 98 file is currupt. Maby you have to install it all over again or move to a new OS and upgrade you ram
