Dealing with Internet Trolls

Data Doctors Radio Program | Ken Colburn, Brandon Disney & Ken Moskowitz The term 'troll' on the Internet refers to the those that post inflammatory or controversial comments on forums, blogs or any online community in an effort to get a rise out of others.

They 'troll' online communities trying to bait others into confrontation for their own amusement; think of them as conversation hackers.

Why do these sad people do what they do? How should you handle them when they begin to take control of your favorite online community?

Listen in as the Data Doctors discuss this rather unsightly element that has long plagued the Internet and how the power of the people is putting them in their place!
