I just returned from my first visit to Data Doctors. I was having a problem getting my Toshiba laptop to boot up. I arrived at the Pinnacle Peak store about closing time and met Steve and Elaine Davies. Not only did they stay late on a Friday evening, but had my problem fixed within 15 minutes. I'm a Realtor, and it seems that someone is always having a computer problem at my brokerage, so I took some DD cards with me to put on the bulletin board. "I'm so happy I checked out the Data Doctors in Phoenix. I had many problems getting my computer upgraded to Windows XP Home Edition. I got nothing but viruses (blasterworm, welchiaworm and Lonsamworms. Plus a few other problems. I took the liberty and walked-in to the Data Doctors at 4501 E. Thomas Road and met Joseph. I explained all my concerns and problems and he told me to bring my processor in and they would get it up and running. That is just what I did. Now, my Windows XP Home Edition works just super.
